• Content analytics and optimization
• Educational materials and training

All services are provided for lawful business and informational purposes only.

We do not provide:

• Financial services
• Investment advisory
• Legal advisory
• Regulated financial promotions

Due to the digital nature of our services:

• All sales are final once service delivery has commenced.
• Refunds may only be considered if the service has not yet been initiated.
• Custom digital work is non-refundable.

Clients must contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.

Upon full payment:

You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the final delivered content for lawful purposes.

The following remain the exclusive property of the Company:

• AI systems
• Algorithms
• Software
• Frameworks
• Internal methodologies

You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our proprietary systems.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication.
• You will not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading activities.
• You will not use our services for financial fraud, investment solicitation, or any regulated financial promotion.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Final verification remains the client's responsibility.

You may not use our services for:

• Any unlawful activity
• Money laundering or fraudulent activity
• Creation of misleading or harmful content
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Circumventing applicable laws or regulations

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

• We provide services "as is" and "as available".
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free output.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• These Terms are violated;
• Payment disputes are initiated without prior communication;
• Illegal or prohibited use is detected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable UAE law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised date.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
