Refund & Access Policy

1. Service Access Model
Axiom Digital Solutions L.L.C-FZ operates under a prepaid digital access model.
Customers purchase access to digital services for selected access periods as displayed during checkout.
All payments are user-initiated. The Company does not apply automatic recurring billing or automatic renewals.
Each payment is processed as a separate transaction initiated by the customer.
2. Access Periods
Digital service access may be provided for different durations depending on the selected service package.
Access is activated after successful payment confirmation.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the services:
- Refunds are generally not available once digital access or service delivery has commenced;
- Refunds may be considered if service access has not yet been provided;
- Duplicate payments may be reviewed for refund eligibility;
- Custom digital work is generally non-refundable.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact the Company directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that issues may be reviewed and resolved promptly.
The Company reserves the right to provide transaction and usage records to payment providers for dispute resolution purposes.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails or is rejected:
- access may not be granted;
- temporary service interruption may occur;
- the customer may retry payment through the platform.
6. Fraud and Misuse
The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if fraudulent activity, abuse, prohibited use, or violation of applicable policies is detected.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
