Refund & Subscription Policy

Axiom Digital Solutions L.L.C-FZ (License No. 2644965.01) operates on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to:

• Automatic recurring billing
• Charges at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Continued renewal unless canceled

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during checkout.

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

By subscribing, you authorize Axiom Digital Solutions to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

• Cancellation prevents future renewals only.
• No refunds are issued for the current active billing period.
• Access remains active until the end of the paid subscription term.

To cancel, users must:

• Cancel through their account (if dashboard is available), or
• Submit a written request to: axiomdcs@gmail.com

Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next billing charge.

Due to the digital and SaaS-based nature of our services:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable UAE law.

If a payment attempt fails:

• Access may be temporarily suspended.
• We may attempt to reprocess the payment.
• Continued non-payment may result in termination of services.

Clients agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access
• Permanent account termination
• Restriction from future subscriptions

We reserve the right to provide billing and usage records to the payment provider to resolve disputes.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing. Any pricing changes:

• Will apply to future billing cycles only
• Will not affect previously paid periods

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
