  • Cryptocurrency scams or high-risk financial schemes

We do not support or facilitate regulated financial activities.

3.3 Misleading or Harmful Content

  • False advertising
  • Defamatory material
  • Hate speech
  • Harassment
  • Manipulative or deceptive marketing practices

3.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright infringement
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks
  • Distribution of pirated content

3.5 High-Risk Industries (Without Prior Approval)

Use of our services is prohibited in connection with:

  • Gambling platforms
  • Adult content businesses
  • Unlicensed financial services
  • Weapons or controlled substances
  • Sanctioned entities or jurisdictions

4. AI-Specific Use Restrictions

Clients acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content must be reviewed before publication.
  • AI outputs must not be used to impersonate real individuals.
  • AI tools must not be used to create fraudulent documentation.
  • Synthetic media must not be used for deception or unlawful purposes.

5. Compliance Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage patterns where legally permitted
  • Suspend or terminate services if misuse is detected
  • Request additional verification if activity appears suspicious

We may cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

6. Sanctions Compliance

Users confirm they are not:

  • Listed on UAE, UN, EU, UK, or US sanctions lists
  • Located in sanctioned jurisdictions
  • Acting on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities

We reserve the right to block access where sanctions risk is identified.

7. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent termination
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law

Refunds will not be issued in cases of policy violation.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
